What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with the products and services you receive.  At Little Fire Farm, LLC we want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handcrafted, and has never been utilized by another customer. 


To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards, if that is an option that our customers would appreciate. Please send a message to us at LittleFireFarms@gmail.com and let us know. If we receive enough requests, we will add the service.

What are the payment options?

When ordering online or app. We accept credit/debit card payments.

In person- We accept contactless cards, Apple Pay, or other digital wallets with Tap to Pay on iPhone.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us via the Get In Touch feature on shop page or Email within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Please place damaged in subject line.

Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. 

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

After drying, all hand-crafted soaps are labeled and wrapped to help preserve your soap.

We do not offer gift-wrapping serves at this time.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your product to ship.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same day deliver can be accomplished, if you would like to schedule a public meet up to pick up your new soap. Send me a message, Chat in app prior to check-out.

Detailed Description- About Honey Soap Base


Honey soap is a gentle, traditional soap with many potential benefits. Honey is a natural moisturizer, it soothes dry, irritated, and sensitive skin. Thus making it a popular soap for people with dry skin or blemishes and reducing inflammation. The Honey melt and pour base is made with 10% added 100% pure natural grade A Honey. A generous amount of soothing honey makes the clear soap base light amber to dark amber depending on the batch. *The color does vary on this base.* It conveys a light, warm, sweet scent, the added sugar content helps increase the lather and acts as a humectant.
